Hi, I am Abigail Rose, a psychotherapist, artist, meditator, nature lover, sea swimmer, wild wanderer, allotment dweller. Welcome to my website!

Woman sitting at a rustic wooden table outdoors, smiling at the camera, with a laptop, a potted plant with pink flowers, and a bee mug in front of her.
A cozy living room with a large window, green potted plants, an ornate patterned rug, a small wooden side table with a clock and decorative items, a blue upholstered armchair with a colorful pillow, a gray fireplace, and blue carpeted flooring.

I offer support to individuals through weekly in – person, face – to – face sessions from my colourful therapy space in central Bristol.

My values as both a person and a psychotherapist are rooted in a deep love and connection with nature and the natural world. Its cyclical rhythms have influenced my personal healing and shaped my therapeutic practice. The planet and our bodies move in cycles, rather than in a direct line. So too does the psychotherapeutic journey, which echoes this sense of returning home to oneself, going back and inwards to find what is already there in abundance.

As your therapist I will endeavour to get to know you, inviting both a solid ground for delving deep, as well as playful curiosity and humour (when appropriate of course…).
